Founded in August 2015, Haoyu Electronics is a professional PCBA solution provider and SMT assembly manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China. We specialize in one-stop electronic manufacturing services—from circuit design, PCB fabrication, and components sourcing to SMT assembly, functional testing, and final product integration.

With over 2,700㎡ of factory space in Guangming New District and monthly production capacity exceeding 80 million components, we are equipped with advanced SMT lines, DIP soldering, aging test stations, ultrasonic cleaning, laser engraving, and more. Our factory operates three SMT lines in a dust-free environment, two DIP wave soldering lines, and four final assembly lines.

To ensure quality, we utilize state-of-the-art inspection systems, including AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) for surface defect detection and X-RAY inspection to verify internal solder joints, especially for BGA components. We also operate a compliant warehouse specifically for lithium battery storage, reinforcing our commitment to safety and regulatory standards.
